As a small business owner during the pandemic, I was in need of a bank that could help me navigate through the PPP loan application process since my credit union was not assisting in anyway. I feel incredibly fortunate to have been directed by another small business owner to April O'Neil, VP of Senior Relationship Management, who showed me a level of promptness, professionalism, kindness, and care that I've so rarely experienced. I had found out late about the last round of PPP opening up and had less than a week to get everything submitted, but April made sure it happened, even assisting me in her off hours and weekends, which I certainly did not expect. She notified me on updates every step of the way and guided me through the loan forgiveness process as well. Thanks to April, the process was smooth sailing and my small business received the financial help I needed during a very uncertain time.

Mrs. April took the time to explain every detail of my loan application and truly guide me through the process, explaining each document needed and sending me emails with status updates. Working with April O’Neil at TBK bank has been one of my greatest experience working with a financial institution. She provides the highest level of customer service, exceeding all expectations. She is great with initiation follow up and follow through, and she is very thorough and what she needs from her customers. April maintains communication through an entire process working along side of her partners in other departments. She always keeps you up-to-date with changes that may be taking place within your transaction. I am very appreciative for her and her help during the hard times of the pandemic, As it has been a challenge for many entrepreneurs and small business owners.
