Dr. Nair at North Powers Dental has been instrumental in my dental journey this year. His extensive experience allowed him to navigate every situation with ease, providing the best solutions. Despite my fear of dentists, Dr. Nair's compassion helped me overcome it, emphasizing the importance of oral health for overall well-being. It's saddening to hear he's leaving Colorado soonI'll miss his professionalism and care. I highly recommend Dr. Nair for anyone seeking a skilled and empathetic dentist who truly makes a positive impact.

EDIT: Dr. Pickett called and left a very nice message. Although the review is honest and still stands, I edited out some over-kill bits and identifying details of the dental assistant. I'm not a fan of public shaming and am sure plenty of people find her lovely; I did not.The world still spins. But beyond her, I was still assessed and told I had thousands of dollars of pressing (ish) dental work to do. I know opinions can vary (generous), but my experience taken in total, leaves me a little dubious on the ethical foundation of this place.
My experience in a nutshell: From the top down they're interested in upselling you procedures you don't need, while being too lazy to do the actual work you've paid them to do.
Luckily, my interactions with them were short lived. Despite them being in the running for much more extensive work, I limited them to a few cleanings. Those too were a scam, shockingly.
The hygienist I saw a few times was not my cup of tea. Condescending, weird, on some sort of bizarre power trip. Thought she was a dentist, acted accordingly, and was constantly on an internal walkie-talkie fretting and fussing to other staff about "pressing business" to feed her delusions of granduer. She was truly bizarre; this whole place is. She spent literally 3min doing one or two scrapes at my teeth, then moved on to upselling me some lazer solution to heal my gums (supposedly), and sent me home with fluoride to do myself.
I finally had a real cleaning today for the first time in a year. Not at this place, obviously. I went in to this new dentist today expecting to have thousands of dollars of work to do because this place told me I had pressing, urgent issues. Nope. Nothing, not even not pressing, nothing at all to do.....except for a REAL, through, cleaning. Since the hygienist had pretended to do that for a year, but hadn't actually.
It's just a bizarre place, in kind of a culty way. Like the dental assistants were all very very nice but you could tell they had seen some things; Some egg-shells were underfoot.
