      image Terrible service, I made an appointment for 9:30 in the morning, I arrived at 9:20 on September 5, 2023 and a person came up to see what I needed, I told him that I had an appointment at 9:30 and he answered that I allowed him a moment, 25 (9:45 a.m.) minutes passed before the same person approached him again and I told him that I had to go to work that I didn't understand why make an appointment if they were going to keep me waiting as long as they needed. they want and once seeing my discomfort I called a certain Amy with light skin and glasses and the lady seemed like she was coming from her rest because she came with her mouth full when the bank had just opened, terrible service
