Overall wasnt a bad community until i had to sign a new lease. In the terms you agree to pay for parking MONTHLY my old lease I was grandfathered in as Ive been at the community for a couple of years and didnt have to pay. They blame the parking troubles on the reason they are charging for parking but cant seem to rent out apartments to fill the parking spots also they lied to me when I asked if they monetize off the new parking program and was told no we dont but if you look on the park m website under for property managers it indicates MONETIZE parking.

For my family living here has been ok. We had a horrible experience getting moved in and with our application process. Had to constantly remind staff to do what they needed to do so we could move in on time. Still didnt get the apartment we were supposed to but we didnt have anything other option our other apartment was already packed and given notice. The neighbors are fine some louder that others mostly outside behind our apartment patio side. They are super loud coming home drunk or with there dogs. One neighbor around us smokes weed so bad we can smell it in our unit mind you we have 2 babies. Things like to fall apart and break cabinets have water damage our whole apartment wasnt cleaned before we moved in there were toenails in the carpet. I will say the layout of the apartment is so great it makes it feel a lot bigger than it really is.

This place is terrible. The apartments themselves are garbage. There is trash every were. No one picks up there dog poop. Im a dog owner, and over half the dogs they let into this place are aggressive. They charge so many hidden fees. They add a new fee every month. The latest addition is a parking fee. None of the amenities work or are completed. Even there gym is missing a whole rack of important weights. The apartments are so outdated and poorly put together. Avoid this place at all cost.
Update: This place continues to get worse. The dumpsters are over filled with trash! There is never any poop bags in the dog station and dog poop bins are always over filled with dog poop. This place goes the cheapest route possible. A few of my neighbors have been aggressive or made me feel unsafe. I knew my lease was coming up but they never sent anything to me for a lease renewal. I had to go into the office and ask about it. I am counting down the days I get to move out of the disgusting complex. If your looking for a place please avoid this place at all cost!!!
Final Update: I personally went in and put in that I will not renew my lease. Well my final rent came in and the changed me full rent for the month even though my lease winds within the month. So know I need to go in once again to fix an unnecessary problem. This place is literally the worst!!! This apartment complex is filthy and low class in a nice area. AVOID!!!!!
