      image i went in to this castle rock location because i was having trouble with the ent app and the customer service rep Nodiea at this branch went above and beyond helping me get logged in to the app and also got me the no stings hassle free checking and the $200 dollars. she was so extremely helpful. Ive never had a credit union rep help me that much. she was also very kinda and sweet snd patient.

      image We just had the most wonderful experience here! The building itself is new, clean, and modern. The first time I entered, I felt welcomed in and the staff member was able to answer all of my questions quickly and made me feel at home. Then my husband and I went back today to get some documents notarized - and all of the staff are notary trained - and they were so kind and capable. We are ENT members but plan to do lots more banking here as they showed us how much they care about great service and truly taking care of customers. Thank you!!
