Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

This place, like all Bank of Americas, only wants to sell you stuff. They would not deposit a check from a different retirement plan company because it was not a Merrill Lynch retirement plan. I have a 20 year old account in perfect standing. There is absolutely no reason to bank here. If you have to use Bank of America I would strongly recommend using another branch. Perhaps they will help do actual banking instead of refuse valid checks and try to get you to switch to their retirement accounts. I have been a Bank of America customer for over 21 years. They easily could have verified the check since I had the issuer on the phone. The way they treated me is as if I was committing fraud. Chase had no problem helping me. What an absolute joke this Bank is.

This bank isnt even open until 5pm. It is not convenient for anyone with a job.

Went in to make a withdrawal at 11:00 in the morning on a Wednesday and they have two people sitting around but I cant do a withdrawal because their only teller is at lunch. Customer service is a joke

I've been a BOA customer for over 30 years and can definitely say that David Garcia provided the highest degree of customer service! David assisted in teaching me how to navigate bank resources. David is kind, respectful and professional with customers and colleagues.
