Dont fall for their Costco promotion. Once they get the sale, anything they promised you to stay with T-Mobile never shows up. Seems to be a scam. Cindy the store manager seems totally unwilling to fix or correct their employees' mis steps. Very disappointed. Go elsewhere.

Jeremy was fantastic. My husband's old phone was dying and would only stay on for a minute or two at a time. Jeremy had to really work at transferring all the info onto the new phone. Took over 3 hours for both phones (I bought a new phone too). Great patience and diligence on Jeremy's part!

Kaylah, Ashley and Gilbert are the best!They have been so helpful to our entire family. Because of them I would recommend T-MOBILE to anyone who asks. I can't say enough about the service the provide and always with a smile.

Exceptional Service and Expertise at Flatiron Mall T-Mobile Store
Review:
I recently had an experience at the Flatiron Mall T-Mobile store that truly stood out, thanks to the store manager, Cyndi. After spending four frustrating days with T-Mobile's phone and online tech support trying to resolve a technical issue that rendered my phone unusable, I felt at my wit's end. The online team's efforts included having me travel to switch my SIM card at another store, a solution that proved ineffective and added to the inconvenience. They told me i had to replace my phone which is what brought me to Flatiron Mall t mobile.
Enter Cyndi, the store manager. Within 30 seconds of explaining my ordeal, she diagnosed and solved the problem that had stumped multiple tech support agents. Her swift and efficient approach not only saved me further time and travel but also restored my faith in T-Mobile's ability to hire great store managers.
The issue was that my relative new 5g phone that I bought through t-mobile apparently wasn't responding well to the 5g network, or vice versa. Cyndi had me change to 4g and everything worked fine.
Cyndi's expertise and exceptional service deserve the highest praise. It's rare to encounter someone so capable and dedicated to solving customers' problems efficiently. Her ability to quickly resolve what seemed to be a complex issue demonstrates her deep knowledge and commitment to customer satisfaction.
I cannot thank Cyndi enough for her help. She turned a potentially drawn-out ordeal into a swift and successful resolution. This experience has solidified my loyalty to T-Mobile, knowing that employees like Cyndi are at the forefront, ensuring customers receive the best possible service.

They make appointments with customers and then do not show up. They also like to randomly close the store early and put signs up saying sorry closing early today :) its ridiculous. None of the other T-Mobile stores do this! Not only that but when you walk in the employees look around at each other not wanting to help but waiting for someone to step in. They like to sell you a phone and have it shipped but then you cant go back to activate it You have to go to another store for the help. The credit for the 2 iPhones the one Samsung phone and the smart watch should not go to this store it should go to Karla at the Bradburn Blvd store in Westminster because that location actually helped us and engaged with us from the second we walked in the store. Karla set everything up did the data transfers and even offered help with cases and screen protectors. They went above and beyond and it meant so much!
