Its mall food so you cant expect much. But they completely forgot about my order and gave me cold fries. They didnt say sorry, didnt offer anything for waiting over 20min. Wont ever go back again.

These guys are legit. This is the only option for mall food. Always fresh bread, always freshly grilled, fresh Veges, and made quick. All these 1 star reviews apparently hate their lives. Charley's customer 4 life here.

Ordered online for curbside, checked in and no one showed up. I called to ask about my food, no one answered and their voice message box was full. I went inside and they were closed (lights off and no one around). This was obviously within business hours too, very frustrating. Now I have to dispute the charge.
