Should have read the reviews.....same story. Was supposed to pick up poker tables on a Saturday for a party that evening. No one at the warehouse when I went to pick up, couldn't get hold of anyone either. They finally called a hour and a half later and said to come back for pickup.....at 5:00 that evening! Fortunately I had already called Fun Services in Northglenn and they took care of me on a moments notice (they are great). Now waiting to see if Mr. Big will actually refund my deposit!

Please DO NOT order from this company. Your stuff will not be there. Nonexistent customer services . I talked to person on the phone, got recommendation and instruction on how to order. I followed everything, got confirmation. No one reached out to me. I tried calling numerous times, left voicemails. Finally, I got them on the phone 3 days before the event to find out nothing is reserved and NOTHING is available. They offered no apologies or solutions. They just didnt care .

After experiencing the same issues as others( no confirmations, no return calls, etc), we've decided to go elsewhere. Thanks for the warnings. The company we did go with told me that the owner sold the biz and moved to CA.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS. I'm pretty sure it doesn't even exist anymore. I placed an order weeks ago for a baby shower. I emailed several days before the event to confirm delivery and never received a response. A couple days before the event I tried calling multiple times and was never able to reach anyone. At this point I figured they weren't going to show and scrambled to make alternate plans. Sure enough, they were a no-show on the day of the event.
