I took $1000 leather jacket and they shortened arms. I asked them what they will do about it and the cashier told me that she will ask the owner. A week went by and they did not call me. so I when there and the casher still did not talk to the owner. So I asked here again and she said she will get back to me next day. Next day no calls. So I went there and then she calls the owner . But the owner told me it is not their fault. The Jacket's arm shortened by more than inch and they told me it it not their fault. They are not worth of your business unless you want to get your clothes ruined. No customer service, no communication. THis place is the worst. Stay away if you do not want your clothes ruined like me.
