Very poor customer service. I called on a Monday for questions. No returned phone call. I then followed back up on Friday and was directed to go to the website to an application, which was not there.
I then called BMO in Louisville and they brought me in, talked to me about different options and we made a collective decision which felt right.
It was a night and day difference in customer service.

Great staff. Went there with mom to set up savings account on a Saturday. She didn't speak English and one of the tellers was able to explain everything in Spanish, I didn't even really need to be there. The other one set up the account and the other was just cute with a nice peach. Would recommend to a friend.

I was looking to cash out some savings bonds and was told by a banker here that if I signed up for a checking account they would cash out the bonds into that account immediately. We went through the entire account creation process, and once we are done it turns out the guy did not know what he was talking about and said it would be a 1 year waiting period before the bonds could be cashed out. I asked him to cancel the account for me, he never did and I had to take it up with another branch. As if this wasn't enough of a headache, he went ahead and sealed the bonds with a Bank of the West seal, so now no other banks will touch them. Completely ridiculous, do not waste your time here if you want bankers who you can trust know what they are doing.

I love this Bank of the West Branch! The tellers are always so friendly and pleasant, and greet you with a smile. They are happy to assist customers too. They go out of the way to help customers also.
