My family has been going here for about 10 years. Im giving this office one star because Dr Norman and Dr Richmond Cocoa are wonderful, if not it would be zero stars. In the last three years things have drastically gone downhill. To start, the actual doctors office does not have a phone number you can call, its all routed to a calling center. The amount of time they take to get back to you is ridiculous. It can be days or weeks which is extremely frustrating. The office staff turnover is insanely high, and not for the better. If you have a problem with your prescribed medication, the MAs can be rude and will refuse to put you in touch with the prescribing doctor and then say the medication was never picked up when in fact I checked the pharmacy daily for weeks.

Kimberly Feitosa is so kind, knowledgeable and understanding. I did not feel rushed. She was a great listener and a breath of fresh air. I really enjoyed my visit with her and her will continue to come back and see her.
The front desk staff and phlebotomist were also very kind and great to talk with.

I absolutely hate going to the doctors. But had a great experience this morning with Ken Farrell. One the coolest and nicest doctors I've ever met. I have real bad anxiety problems and usually the doctors want to give me everything else that doesn't work and actually makes my anxiety worse. He gave me the medication that I needed without any issues, which is rare these days and gave me multiple refills because my Medicaid is about to run out because I start a new job next week. He gave me enough refills to last till my insurance kicks in. I highly recommend him

We moved to Brighton, and I had my daughter seen here in August to establish care. Fast forward to November and I realized that my daughter needed more of her migraine meds which SCL Lutheran prescribed. I had called in multiple times requesting a couple of pills to get her through until her scheduled visit. Almost a week goes by before they tell me they won't fill anything until her appointment even though those meds are listed in her chart. I had called three times before I was told this. I'm extremely frustrated and my daughter has had to deal with a migraine without her meds, I told the administrator that I was unhappy with the zero communication and after her appointment, we would go elsewhere. We arrive to her appointment and are told that the provider, Kimberly N. Feitosa, will not fill any meds for her even though we arrived for her appointment, and she was seen back in August. She turned away a 9-year-old girl. This provider only cares about money and not her patients. I loved SCL Lutheran but this place is horrible.

I recently had a visit with Kenneth F and couldnt be happier with my visit. I personally dont enjoy going to the doctor but the front desk put my mind at ease. After check in, I felt a lot more positive than I usually do because of the friendly staff and after meeting my provider Ken F. He didnt hesitate to listen to what I had to say, was very welcoming and informative, and made my visit a very positive experience. The staff at this office, and especially Ken, set the high standard we all expect and deserve. Thank you Kenneth F and especially the staff at the front desk You all made my experience a very positive one and I look forward to visiting in the future!!!
