I started Kinetafit over 2 years ago and have been able to consistently stick with it because of the awesome trainers, the fun and uplifting environment, the variety of workouts, and the continued support from the owners of the gym. Working out is fun at Kinetafit!

What a great place to change your life for the best. I have enjoyed working out here. ( not something I thought I would ever say) All the staff have been great. I would like to thank Ruston and Conner for helping me start my journey.

I filled out the form online to receive more information, but never received anything. I went by there today and was told they couldn't help me or give me information. I was explained that I needed to call the number on the door. Very disappointed, they could've taken my information down and at least acted like they wanted my business.

I have just been at KinetaFit 1 month and I absolutely love it!!!  the classes are just 1hr of intense boot camp workouts, offered throughout the day. they kick your butt, but I am obsessed! The trainers are all super nice, supportive, helpful and fun! I have not had 1 bad class there. And the variety of workouts within each class is awesome! No 2 classes are the same. Additionally, they send emails of tips and encouragement for all around success, with fitness, diet, hydration and tools to be able to get the most out of their gym and to truly change your life and your body. By far, the most complete and Thorough program I have been a part of. I feel the best I have felt in years. You gotta check them out, plus no reason not to, they give a free trial to everyone. Cheers
