Two years ago I was very unsatisfied with the doctor/clinic I was going to and switched to Columbine Ridge Family Medicine. I have only positive things to say about them. They listen to my concerns and questions and follow up in a timely fashion, which is important given the major medical issues I've been dealing with. I've had to deal with many specialists over the last couple of years and CRFM has helped me get through it all.

Arrived 15 minutes early to a Thursday appointment and it took 2.5 hours to get out the door. Came in for 3 things and doctor kept forgetting what they were..even though he had wrote them down. The following Monday they received my results. I found out because I called them and the nurse stated they had to wait for the doctor to sign off before calling me with the results. She assured me that would happen "today or tomorrow." It is now Saturday morning and I will again try to get my results (3rd try).

The doctor is about as animated as a robot,will not listen to your concerns,side affects of prescriptions dont concern him whatsoever no matter how many times you bring them up,he is interested in no ones opinion but his own,will tell you he is setting up appointments with optometrist or others and not follow thru with any thing,a complete waste of my time

I had 3 appointments before I decided to find a new Primary care provider. Doc was 1 hour late on the first, I left after 20 minutes of waiting on the second. The third appointment was made for 9am and the receptionist told me that the doc doesn't show up til 9:30 or later... Yes, he regularly takes appointments *before he even shows up.* RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
