We were very thankful to have chosen Tommy at Buyer's Slice when building our new home. We've bought and sold many homes in the past, but this was our first new-build and we were glad to have TOmmy's help. He was always responsive and helped guide us through the process. We were especially thankful for our "buyer's slice" of his realtor's commission because it really went a long way in making buying a house in Colorado more affordable! We used it to buy points to lower our interest rate--even our loan officer kept remarking on how low our interest rate was. It was very easy and efficient to work with Tommy and Buyers Slice when we bought our home. Plus, we were able to get a great credit from the portion of his commission when we closed - so we were able to bring less to the table! Tommy is organized and detailed and his model really puts the buyer in the drivers seat and puts money in your pocket. It's just a no brainer.
