Mark D. is our buildings hero. The multi-unit property had leaking/ flooding/ backed up kitchen sinks in two units late on a Friday. With the pipes bursting and water rising in sinks, we needed repairs ASAP.
SOS - 10pm on Friday night & Mark was able to fix it up quickly, kindly and was super nice about all 229 questions I had about kitchen sink dos and dont and best garbage disposal etiquette (aka things to avoid - coffee beans and fruit peels). Mark D was able to give us next steps, things to keep an eye out for and reviewed everything in detail about Roto Rooter and the 30 day policy guarantee.

This is our second time using Rotor Rooter both times they sent out technicians that were successful. This time it was MR. MARK DURHAM who was my technician today for a tub that was backing up in our second story bathroom. He showed up within 30 mins of placing the call to Roto Rooter, my wife spoke with the customer service rep who showed outstanding customer service very easy to communicate with and connected us with Mr. Durham. He was very friendly and showed tremendous professionalism. He explained what he was going to attempt, the tools he was anticipating to use and he was Successful, pulling out a wad of hair of course. He knew what to do, he knew what equipment to use also he knew what the issue was and he wasted no time solving the it. We appreciate the work done Mr. Durham GREAT JOB! Service: Drain cleaning
