This is my 2nd ankle brace. They are well measured(by staff....Anna) and well made. 1st lasted over 4 years with daily wear.

It's extremely disappointing to an amputee who's about to get his test socket/leg and then he gets rescheduled the am of the appt, when his wife took a home office day, and the new appointment is TWO weeks out. They knew the prosthetist had COVID last week AND that his socket was STILL AT THE LAB. Where's the courtesy for a call on Friday? So very disappointed. This is the 2nd time an appointment has been rescheduled for weeks out - meaning my husband's getting his prosthetic has been delayed OVER A MONTH because of scheduling issues. I feel so bad for my husband. The clinic could have called on Friday, instead my husband was so excited ALL weekend to get his prosthetic.
