Bad service, overpriced, and in general feels like something will get lost here. I drive 30 minutes to another location just so I don't have to deal with this.
Have fun if you are using this place.... get shipping insurance if you do.

The worst UPS Store on planet Earth. Most condescending and rude staff in existence. Horrible experience, spend your money anywhere else.

Go in there to double check if I shipped the wrong thing, half an hour after I brought it in. Old man, probably manager, is extremely unhelpful. Looking at me with no emotion saying no, we have a lot of packages. And declining any help. I insist while pointing at the person that helped me ship my package and the younger employee walks up to let me know that it shipped already but the box didnt have anything else. Its that easy to be helpful and give a positive experience. The one star is for the manager.
