Wife and I walked in, we're served immediately, and left with two new units in a timely manner.
They would not transfer data from our old phones to the new units without an additional charge of $30 per unit. Had it not been for that, I'd rate them 5 stars.
The data transfer was done by me at home, but we had a number of issues along the way. Left in a lurch, we had to figure things out on our own.
Not a good way to treat senior citizens.

I have been with Verizon for 20some years. Most stores are about the same with customer service. This store, "sparkey" did not bother getting off his rear to greet us. Bad first impression. He did assist by providing me with a phone number for Ausurion(sp) for an insurance claim. That is why a three vs. a one .

Worst customer service. I can't even contact the store to resolve an issue with my order, either. Low stock. I was told that to get the phone I HAVE to raise my plan even more. I accepted. She told me I should do my transfer myself when I asked if I could get it done there. Because of the low stock, I was going to settle for something else, but the associate insisted MULTIPLE TIMES that my phone would be at my house on Monday if I shipped it so that I could use it for work. (I think she wanted me to spend the higher price) So instead I chose to do that. I told her I have issues with my schedule working with that. She said it'd be no problem. Well. Delivery status was Wednesday instead. And the driver showed up today and I wasn't home. Signature required. So now it's supposedly tomorrow. Tried to change it to a pickup and it wouldn't allow it due to "sender restrictions". So if it shows up tomorrow while I'm at work? Well I wait even longer and it gets returned to sender. So frustrated with this 1500 dollar purchase. She swayed me into doing this or I would've walked home with something on SATURDAY

If I could rate 0 stars I would. One of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had. I went in for a new phone and the man that assisted me was so RUDE. He was anything but helpful, and made me feel stupid for asking questions on the process of getting a new phone. I told him he was being very rude as well and he took that and became very snarky with me. I left with no help at all. If you need to go to Verizon I would avoid this location at all costs.
I ended up going to the Verizon in the Aurora Mall and they were able to get me a new phone very quickly.
