This pool is so fun. Its a great place to meet up with friends and family. I think its really social and cool. I love the pool

This HOA is TERRIBLE!!! They harass people with dry struggling lawns during the hottest months of the year when ECCV only permits watering 3 days a week. That works great for lawns with trees and shade, but for lawns that have no coverage, it isn't even practical. They harass people about chipping paint, but then won't approve any colors they submit especially, if they want to be something other than a cookie cutter neighborhood. People don't want to be in a neighborhood that doesn't allow reasonable personality and expression. In my opinion, they are too focused on the wrong issues while crime and solicitors are increasing daily in this area. Then you have someone on the Next Door App asking us to post positive reviews for and about the HOA.....Sorry, but it is what it is. If you want positive reviews for the HOA, they need to change their views, treat people with respect, and do something other than bring down the morale of the neighborhood. It's unfortunate that I have to give them a star to post this....
