You try to call and it goes to voicemail there is no option to speak to someone about billing or anything else. The day I had surgery one of the nurses was so rude that I wanted to leave. The administration office tried to double bill me and wanted me to pay upfront for charges that I knew were not going to be correct after the procedure, this is incorrect and should not be a practice of this office. Would not recommend this place

Steer clear of this medical practice as if your life and finances depend on it. They claim to be Veteran Owned, more like take as much money you can from a veteran while talking down to us. They charged me $8000 for a simple steroid injection for the shoulder. Plus, they messed it up. my shoulder clicks every time I lift it. I warned the PA not to go through the front,and get a reply "who is the Dr. here." My present pain management Dr., a real Dr., shoots my shoulder multiple times from the back offering good for about 4 months and charges only several hundred dollars. I have filed complaints with the BBB, Medicare and Tricare for Life. I will continue editing this review as the case against Surgery Center progresses in court.

This whole experience made me furious. I arrived at 9:00 for a 9:15 am appointment. Was given paperwork to add more information to which had my name, address and ss# on, BUT someone elses medical history on it. Nothing had been sent in advance of my appointment.
Immediately I was taken back to be prepped for cataract surgery. Dr. Grinn was late, and somehow everyone else was put in front of me for their surgery!!! All the while my friend is waiting in her car in the heat!
Finally I was taken back for surgery at 11:50. Was sent home around 12:30 to 1:00. I dont know what kind of game the nurses were playing with my time, but I left furious!!!! I may have fallen asleep waiting, but that is no excuse for pushing me to the end of the line. I am 77 years old but have a life!!!
I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place under any circumstances! The WORST!!!!

Had a great experience with the nurses and physicians here. They were super safe with any COVID concerns. Great communication ahead of time and with follow up.
