Father in laws account has been suspended. No funds available to pay bills and no information as to why they did what theyve done.
ID and new signature cards provided, still not a word about when he will be able to access HIS money. Very disappointed

If you're a BBVA customer this place is pnc now so you can no longer deposit checks through the ATM. This is complete garbage. Whoever thought that transition was a good idea. Should have their brains checked for cobwebs and rocks. I'll be changing banks asap

I literally traveled from the other side of Aurora to this branch because of the ratings of their customer service. Garrett, one of their fabulous bankers got me scheduled and got me prepped to set up an appointment and Chris, the branch manager finished the rest and got me all together. Everyone was so nice and courteous. I honestly don’t mind making the drive whenever i need to. I would definitely recommend this branch! Thanks y’all!!!!
