Hansen Ranch Homeowners in my opinion are coming across as heavy handed
They spend our money driving around taking photos of anyone who leaves there garbage cans by their garage or gate.
Apparently this is a violation of their covenant
Then they spend additional money on a certified mail, and it comes across like Big Brother .
Obviously they need some education on good v bad PR.
I have mentioned to them several times that our money would be better spent ploughing our streets in winter rather than this nit picking nonsense

They managed to NOT contact me for over 6 months after my new house was completed. Now they say I owe$1600. Nobody called when it was one month behind... they wait until 1/1 to tell me I owe over$1400. Terrible.

Todd and company seemed nice enough at the beginning but things changed after a few months. We went thru 5 or 6 different managers for our property in the one year we were with them. Natasha was an All Star but everyone and everything else about this company is a fraud.
Update!
They decided not to pay any bills for the community since we said we werent renewing the months of November and December so were behind on payments! They had no issue taking out of HOA payments tho. What an absolute joke of a company these people are running. No professionalism, no one wants to work for them. I hope they fold soon because they are doing more harm than good.
Stay away!!!
