Found this guy on the internet. I have a 5 year old Echo blower that would start every time but when I pulled the trigger for more airflow, the engine would bog and quit. About two weeks after dropping it off he called me and told me it was ready. I picked it up and it fired up no problem. Took it home and after using it for a total of two hours on two separate occasions about a week apart the same problem occurred. I called him to resolve and he immediately told me Echo dropped him as a dealer and so if we needed new parts he wouldn't be able to get them. I asked for a refund so I could take it to another Echo authorized service center and he refused. The story is as simple as that. The guy is a crook. Stay away.
