        I had the Denver RoofSquad replace a roof-mounted ventilation fan July '24. While the install was not initially successful, the follow-up was prompt and all the issues were immediately resolved to my satisfaction.

        Initially the work started quickly with Jose as my contact/project lead. he was quick to quote and get the job started. The project took 2.5 days. During the post job walk around with Jose I pointed out the area that was missed and they were quick to return to fix it. But then just a month after the work the soffit they repaired was coming apart. I contacted Jose and the office of the issue. Didn't hear a response for roughly 2 weeks. I call back in and the team member I spoke to said a claim or issue was never submitted. It now has been 2 days since that call with no response.
