They charge you by the time spent there. $450 for 45-60 minutes of a casual conversation with little benefit. I simply wanted to do a routine checkup and see if there were any issues I should address. It was not worth $100, let alone $450. Find a better provider who tells you up front theyll waste your $450.

This place is run by criminals. Took my wife to the urgent care (note, we were indeed there during urgent care hours) and got seen fairly quickly. The staff were nice and very helpful for our situation. A nice faade. Little did we know, they would bill us as emergency patients and refuse to admit they were wrong in their billing. The cherry on top is that they then proceeded to send us a second bill for a non-Centura provider but conveniently forgot to disclose that this would be the case. Apparently you sign something with VERY fine print saying they may do this, but they dont give you the paperwork to sign until after your visit? Why they choose to bring in outside providers is beyond me. I know they can afford to hire their own, given their absurd billing practices.
We had no idea that it would cost over $2000 to pee in a cup and answer a few questions. Absolute scam, avoid at all costs. And no, I dont care to contact your customer service but thank you for the automated response.
Formal complaints have been filed with her insurance provider and the Colorado Department of Insurance, so have fun with those investigations

Went there, it was dead empty late at night, still waited 30 minutes, didnt get told anything from the doctor other than I have some sorta virus and told me to just deal with it pretty much. Felt sick for another 6 or so days before I went to a different urgent care, and they were able to actually help me and give me something that made me feel better. Fast forward weeks later, surprise, a $900 bill for a strep and Covid test? I guess the insurance I had to write down like 4 times didnt work? Nobody contacted me or anything. And I cant even do anything about it cause their closed till Monday, not just the clinic, the phone line and the chat line are also closed. Poor customer service and care throughout, would not recommend. It has a 2.5 star rating for a reason, take your business somewhere else.

I had shoulder surgery last Wednesday (7-14-2021) with Dr Seeman of Panoramic Ortho in Golden. I been having unusual pain in my shoulder with a fever bouncing around from 101.9ish to 99.9ish. On that said , I finally decided to go to the ER with the advice from the Patient Advocate team over from Panoramic Ortho, whom are an amazing team in itself, and I was immediately greeted with compassion and concern. The unusually friendly staff, which is saying a lot due to other walk-in clinics whom staff members are unbearably rude, accusing, bothered by your presence etc, was fantastic and a nice change from most clinics that seemingly cant stand to deal with you when in fact there would be no there patients being seen or very few. The staff over at The Centura Golden Walk- In Clinic are Aplus in my book! They have a Centura Walk-In Clinic in Arvada off 64th and the staff there are just awful. I have been there for a few things being 3 minutes from my resin Arvada from everything to a common bladder infection to ( torn ligaments in my knee. I face planted out the door when the Arvada clinic sent me on my way accusing me of being a drug seeker when indeed I couldnt even walk due to the multiple torn ligaments in my knee , no knee brace, no anything. Later I ended up having surgery on that knee and the ortho at the time was appalled at the treatment I received. When I fell in the parking lot the didnt even come out to help me. Should of sued them. Anyway, back to the Golden Location Dr Sarah and her team were just fabulous! I recommend going there for your urgent care needs, you will only be treated with compassion and kindness. The nurse even lightened the mood by sharing funny jokes and when you are hurting, scared and unsure it was just what the doctor ordered. I am a well known therapist in this area and Im very involved with our community and I have never been treated better than at The Centura Golden Walk-in Clinic! Hands down!!! Kelly Giguere

I've only had a handful of primary care physicians but if I ranked them this is far and away the worst. Rude staff, high bills, and mediocre service. There's just no reason to go here. It was the closest office to my home, but now that I've switched it's just so obvious I should have done it sooner.
I see this posted in other reviews but pressure for unnecessary lab work is a theme.
