I attempted to purchase a dishwasher from Lowes online. I specifically went Lowes over Home Depot because I'd read that they were a better company. When I went to check out I tried to figure out how to get delivery, installation and haul away services. I could not figure out a way to get Installation added so I tried calling the Arvada store since its closest to me to find out how to do it. The phone rang approx 20 times before someone answered. I told the woman that answered that I was trying to purchase a dishwasher. She said she could help me with that but when I mentioned that I also wanted someone to install it she said I'd need to be transferred to a different dept. The transfer rang another ~20 times - then it sounded like the call was answered - and then went back to ringing. I let it ring about 10 more times and then I hung up. I'll be buying the dishwasher somewhere else. I should have been able to complete the whole thing online without assistance. But the fact that I went the extra step to try talking to someone in person and then had that experience is doubly disappointing.

I placed a 450$ online order, I had my sister with me when MMB I picked it up. we walked customer service is right at the entrance. It's also where you pick up online orders. the lady working wasn't overly kind, which is fine. But when I was finishing paying for the items, my sister had the cart and said she was going to go to the car to start loading.. this is when another worker in that area asked if we had taken care of that order...? as if we hadn't paid for it..?? we were in just that one area and I was zipping up my wallet after paying, why would she be so rude? why would she assume we were taking that kitchen sink?? it really was a kitchen sink and mind you, there was no offer for assistance in loading it into the car. I left wondering why that is even acceptable! I thought it was extremely rude. I ended up returning all of the items and repurchasing them
at Home Depot. I'm not going back to the Lowes on Arapahoe or any of them for that matter!
