Terrible service, unprofessional, poor management, fithy facilities.
Do NOT use this bank!
BMO got hacked, our personal and 2 business accounts were comprimised and I asked that they freeze the accounts. The following day, I asked that freeze come off, and they said they took it off. Within two weeks, I had $120 in returned check fees for 'account frozen' errors on all of my credit cards, despite the money being in the account. Contacted Dibesh, the manager, and provided all of the requested documents. He stated he would follow up within two days. 5 months later, 6 branch visits, 5 phone calls, and 4 emails later, Dibesh STILL has not resolved this, despite stating in each conversation that he will speak with his supervisor and get back to me. Most recently, his supervisor was AT THE BRANCH and he had told me he would discuss it with him and get back to me. He did neither. I reqested his supervisor's contact info and he refused to provide it. I asked if I needed to take them to court to resolve this and Dibesh stated that he hoped I did. A claim has been filed with the BBB.
When making deposits, staff regularly talks about inappropriate personal issues, interrupt clients to speak to each other about personal issues, or is generally unprofessional. They will ignore you when you walk in, as if you don't exist or they don't have time for you. This is a bank, not a frat house.
If you have the misfortune of going here, look around, the place needs to be cleaned pretty severly. As an example, there are greasy elbow and hand stains all over the wood where the teller's nametags are. Disgusting.
We've since moved all of our business to a bank that is far more professional and is actually clean, and they honor the financial transactions.

I just switched to this bank and regret it. In person they were helpful and nice but I can't get the zelle to work. I called the 800 number, when I did what they advised it didn't resolve the issue, so I called the bank directly.. was told they can't really help unless I come in person, but I work 8-5... so then she put me on hold for 15 minutes, never picked up again and the whole time I had to listen to an obnoxious 20 second commercial over and over and over again. I hung up and called back, waited 5 mins on hold and then couldn't stand the commercial anymore. What a negative experience.
