Andy Gagnon lacks integrity and is rude. I was driving behind him on the I5 and watched a rock fly from the back of his truck and hit my windshield. I tried getting his attention to have him pull over but he would not and instead became angry. I contacted the number on the side of his truck and while the receptionist was very nice she relayed that Mr. Gagnon said that I would not be able to prove that the rock came from his truck so he did not want to make things right. It makes sense that he would not pull over or have a conversation with me now as he has no intention taking accountability.
If you see their trucks on the road stay as far away as possible. I do not recommend doing business with this company since they showed a lack of integrity in how this situation was handled.

Tried doing business with Gagnon, but was met with racial slurs and hatred. I was translating for my parents who speak Spanish and he began making political rants and comments about them. Very unprofessional even though they did not have the capacity to assist us they could have treated us with some human decency and respect. This man does not deserve anyones business shame that in 2023 we are still dealing with this.

The do a lot of yards near me, and it looks good. Very long waitlist. Their landscape designer went on an anti vax, anti mask, political rant on first meeting (mid pandemic), had a hanky instead of a mask. Decided to find another contractor.
