I recently bought two gift cards and paid with a credit card. The machine showed that it went through but the attendant said that it didn't. We argued over it and she said that I needed to paid cash. Red flag! But I needed to go back to work so I gave her $40 in cash. But I reiterated that it apparently had gone through. I asked for a receipt. She gave me a receipt that didn't make sense (2nd red flag)and she refused to give me a receipt for the $40. (3rd red flag).
I checked with the credit card company and the payment for one card had gone through. I went to the store to see if I could get my $20 back but someone by the name of Carlos said that they needed to check the transactions for that particular date and that the manager would give me a call. I am waiting for the call. I have a feeling that I will never see my $20. Beware and be careful. I hope you don't lose any money at this place. If I don't get my money back, they just lost a client.

Love Togos sandwiches but it sucks they are closing down lots of their places.
