      image Super angry that I have paid premiums with Allstate for more than 16 years at my current home. Received abrupt non-renewal on my homeowners and earthquake policies close to the renewal date, with no warning from my broker and when I know they did the inspection months ago. Do not deal with this agency. They bill late. Are not responsive to issues and do not care about their clients.

      image The lady that answered the phone was rude and terse, seemingly annoyed at having to answer the phone. I am interested in a coverage policy but was told that theyd only be interested if I switch my auto insurance over as well. No thanks. Beware of these folks.
