Showed up at 330 pm(sign says they close at 5). Needed help tracking down a paint color that was purchased on a long-standing pro account. Guy at desk seemed unable/unwilling to help find it. Isnt that partly the point of having an account? So u can access previous records and streamline future purchases?
Anyway, I shrugged it off and said I would take a few minutes to find an alternate color and go that route. Guy told me I had two minutes to decide, since he was closing early for a doctors appointment. Truly seemed like he just wanted me out of there.
Gotta go elsewhere I guess.

very rude and entitled people, went in to see if they could exchange a $20 bill for some quarters because I could not get any from raleys OR the bank and was crunched on time to get my laundry done, understandably that isn't this businesses problem but a simple "no we can't do that for you" would have sufficed instead they shooed me and shouted *WE'RE NOT THAT TYPE OF BUSINESS GET OUT OF, HERE, YOU NEED TO LEAVE" as if I was a beggar. Unfortunately these people don't seem to understand that this is a very outdated way to treat people and no one deserves that type of treatment unless they are CLEARLY at your business to cause trouble, which I was not I just went and asked for quarters... :/

I went in to buy interior paint for my rental house. My project required multiple visit because I did have to go back and grab a sample of my existing color. I received the best service from Jeremy. He provided me with information about what types of paint I needed that would be durable for a rental property, and advised me to stay with my existing color as a cost-saving measure (totally appreciated that). He color-matched the ample of the existing color already in the home, and the best part, he gave me the best advice as to how to wash and prep the walls properly before applying the paint. The entire team was so professional and courteous. They were quite busy when I was in there, but not once did they make me feel like I was inconveniencing them or bothering them with all of my questions (since I wasn't as well-versed on the subject-matter as I would liked to have been). Overall, I am so grateful for the help and would absolutely recommend this store to anyone and everyone. Thank you & Great job!! I'll be back for sure.
