I met with the woman who owns this marina for 4 hours. Went over paperwork. Had her pull my credit, application, etc…. She approved me for a slip with a take over date of August 1st. I trailered a boat across the entire country from Boston only to get to CA and have her tell me she forgot who I am and that she “lost” my paperwork. She said she was going to look for my paperwork and then blocked my number. I called back again from another number and she tells me to meet her on Saturday To do everything all over again. Turns out she forgot about that too and now I have a boat sitting in guest slips frantically trying to find a new hole for her. Horrible, unorganized woman. Please please take my advice and don’t come here. Don’t get stranded like I am.
