Incredibly unprofessional. They sent out 3 different people Lee, Tom and Jim at different times to attempt to get an estimate to move my heating unit(no AC), easy access, no removal of old unit, gas line in place, all vents already in place as well as cold air return. I had to call repeatedly to try and get a response. Each time they would either not call back or say that they needed to send someone else out. After 2 months of attempting communication, I finally received a bid that was excessive. When I asked to have a breakdown of this bid, I again got calls from each person Jim, Tom and Lee. I would explain my question/concern so that i could understand reasoning for cost quoted and be told by each individual that they would get back to me. I was finally told by Lee that they don't ever break bids out for people? He said I couldn't get a cost of the unit, labor and materials. BAD BUSINESS!! BEWARE!! I know prices are up due to covid, but the 80,000 btu systems they quoted me for are only $1500-$2000 online. Seriously bad business practice to not be willing or able to justify bids and excessive profit margins added on to the bid.

Would definitely recommend. My AC stopped working randomly on Monday so I called Reliance, and they scheduled me for the following day between 9 and noon. The repair tech showed up around 10 and figured out the issue within in minutes. He said they would order the part and hopefully have it in by the end of the week. Today, Friday he called and said the part came in and he could be here in 30 minutes. He was here on time and done within 40 minutes. Quickest repair service I've ever experienced. They deserve all 5 stars 👍🏼 Service: AC repair

I can't say enough about the service provided by this company. Lee was top-shelf, happy and friendly at the end of what I'm sure was a long day (heat wave).
When I called i made it clear I understood the service call requested would likely be at the very least, a few days out. Imagine my surprise and pleasure when Lee pulled up the very eve of my call. These guys are so committed to serving the community and an absolute joy to have in home.
