Took my son to get a simple trim and even showed a picture of what he wanted. The lady didnt seem to pay too close attention, and I told her to please look, he didnt want it too short. My son ended up with short layers down, and when he got off the chair he was crying. The lady did not seem to care, and now hes wearing a hat and sad because he really did not want his hair cut so short. Im really really upset, and its clear this place has unprofessional women working. Why is it when a client asks for a certain length, do these stylists choose their own length and style instead? I read other reviews of other kids crying for the same reasoning. Anyways, dont recommend. This is the 2nd time they have messed up, this place in Whittier and their Pico location. As a mother, it breaks my heart to see my son like this. I didnt ask for a refund, but honestly they didnt deserve anything.

Even if I show pictures of the haircut I want, the ladies decide to cut off WAY more than I asked for. Its awful and they are styling based off what they want, not what I am paying for. Go somewhere more expensive but with professional stylists.
