Oh man. So disappointed. On Priceline, it was advertised as having a fitness center and pool/jacuzzi, doesnt have either (pool is closed). The water dispenser is out of water, the beds are not comfortable, the tub faucet dripped all night. Breakfast had no protein or healthy options, just juice/bagels/sugary cereal. Im so mad I spent $190 to stay here Such a rip off.

IT IS INFESTING WITH ROCHES!! ONE AT THE DOOR THE SINK THE FLOOR!! THEY DO NOT TAKE CARE OF THEIR ROOMS AT ALL!!
I have taken note of your remark about roaches during your stay, which is very unusual. We take pest control measures on a regular basis on our property, but we will investigate further. Anyway, please accept our apologies for the inconvenience. The problem will be completely resolved. You'll have a great time the next time you visit. I hope to see you again soon.

Im honestly shocked they have anything above 1 star. Worst service ever, my mother stayed here overnight on a trip and the toilet wasnt flushing so she called the front desk who blamed her for the issue despite her just getting to the room. Maintenance then handed my mom (who has 1 arm) a plunger to do it herself. My mom made clear she had only 1 arm and the maintenance attempted and toilet still didnt work so they put her in another room where again the toilet didnt work and rather than fix the issue or get her into a room with a working toilet she was told to use the lobby restroom when needed. When I went to pick up my mom the front desk was highly unprofessional and rude to both me and my mother. This location needs to completely replace all staff cause I will never recommend this days inn again and discourage others from going.
