My experience at this location was terrible I had lost my tracking numbers for 5 shipments, and asked for the representative to look them up for me so I can track it myself. I found the person who was managing the original shipment to be less than professional, not knowing how to spell Los Angeles and further on the back end, when I asked for tracking these shipments, I did not receive a timely response or a response indicative of the desire to help in an efficient manner. They could not locate my tracking numbers, even though a receipt was printed out.
I'm highly disappointed with the service at this location and suggest the entire team gets replaced with more customer friendly, professional and efficient personnel. Terrible customer service!!
