Went here to get passport photos and $30 later I was off to get my passport. Later when I went to USPS they said the face was too large and were rejected. So off I went back to AAA to get my refund. Well after some uncomfortable conversations they told me theyd mail me check and it would be 2-3 weeks!? I then asked for a receipt and the lady said she couldnt provide one but she would always be there if I needed anything. I asked what if you got hit by car. She kindly stated she wouldnt. So I took a photo of her as evidence.

I'm a disabled veteran and I was rear-ended by a AAA insured driver. There was $31k in damage to my new truck. I was injured in the collision. The AAA adjuster, BreAnna Lambert, has been terrible in all aspects of her job other than protecting AAA. We have reached a settlement, which has been ongoing since May 2023, and now she is refusing to contact me since we reached a settlement. I just went through watching my mother die from cancer in December and I advised her of this and she and AAA don't care. They are inhumane. I've been crashed into by AAA clients on 2 prior occasions and never had issues. This leads me to believe BreAnna is heartless or AAA also doesn't stand by the law and morality. Switch your insurance! We dropped our home insurance with AAA due to this.
