I have worked with P/A Design Resources for over a decade on the Wilder development, a luxury home community with 245 homesites in Orinda, CA. Ross and his team has been critical in all aspects of the project, including planning and engineering, working with regulatory and resource agencies, assisting with city and county planning and engineering departments, and addressing the myriad of issues that arise in complex developments. P/A is incredibly responsive and works proactively to ensure issues are addressed long before they may occur. P/A is a true development partner in all respects, and the Wilder development team truly appreciates their efforts.

Professional and available, is how I would describe the entire staff at P/A Design. I always strive to provide my clients with the best service possible. These people were hired to do a simple lot line adjustment - they claimed it would be an easy thing to do. It took over a year and more than 3 times the normal cost to do this job. when it should not have taken more than 6 wks. In the end, We took the paperwork to the city and county and filed it ourselves. - They were saying that it would still take more time and more money to do what we did in 1 day.
Draw your own conclusions, but I would not trust these people for anything.
