Doctor Christopher Henninger is an amazing and kind dentist. He really cares about what his patients have to say. I am scared of dentists and he is the first that cared and was caring towards my fears. The staff is incredible. I highly recommend this dentist and his office to everyone.

Called 3 weeks ago to schedule a new patient appointment, got a text to leave a message. Left message and never received a call back. Called again the next week to be appointment for 2/26. Today, I got a call confirming said appointment only to be called 1/2 hour later to be told that doctor had an "emergency surgery"( how is that an emergency ?) on 2/26 and that I needed to reschedule. I am not rescheduling because my new patient appointment isn't as lucrative as the "emergency surgery". I think this office is not focused on being healthcare providers. BTW, I am a retired Fotona Laser Dentist and my office didn't treat patients this way.

North County Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry is nothing short of AMAZING!!! I have a strong fear of dentistry going back to my childhood. I saw Dr. Thompson, who is so very kind and gentle. She helped me look forward in my dental care, and I will never skip another dental appointment now. Claire and Anna at the front desk are extremely caring and helpful, and they listen to your concerns. They are always happy to see me! Anna Jo is fantastic! She is also very gentle, and my deep cleanings were not painful at all. Ivan and Daisy are the best dental techs! They get my appointment started off with an upbeat tone, a happy smile, and are my support system during my visit. They are both so positive and encouraging! And Dr. Thompson is incredible- she saved several of my teeth from being full crowns to only needing 3/4 crowns due to her amazing dentistry skills. You can tell how each of their team speaks to you that building trust is their priority. Everyone here makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I can now look forward to going to the dentist! Being able to have a dentist I can trust and look forward to going to see is something I didnt think was possible. Until I found North County Cosmetic and Implant Dentistry! Ali and Claire are so accommodating every step of the way, and I always know I am getting the best treatment possible no matter what work I have done by Dr. Henninger. Its such a relief to know I can always count on their entire staff to make me feel comfortable and I would recommend this office to anyone and everyone!
