Visalia Eye Center

Dear Mr. Castello,We apologize for any inconvenience you encountered when trying to call Visalia Eye Center. We do not use AI in our office. Our initial phone message was recorded by an employee and gives callers extensions to choose directing the call to the appropriate department. When no extension is chosen, the call is connected to our Front Desk staff. Our phone system is VoIP and dependent on the internet. We did have internet issues last week at which time our phone system was down for a short period of time. Our office hours are from 8:00am-5:00pm. We have an On-Call service for afterhours calls. With rare exceptions, you should always be able to reach a live person when you call our office. I would kindly ask that you call us back this week so we can address the reason for your initial call.
