The experience at the Best Western,Visalia was meaningful. My husband and I were evacuated from our home due to the California wildfires. We spent 3 nights sheltering there. The staff at the hotel are excellent. Conscientious application to cleaning and sanitizing the room was truly 5 star. The bed very comfortable and warm. Enough extra pillows, which is not always the case in hotels.
I especially want to thank the ront desk manager, Penny, for her thoughtful attention to our situation, an upgraded room at affordable rate and her sincere concern. Kim working the front desk also deserves recognition. To many others we did not have opportunity to meet , we are grateful. The cleaning staff are attentive and efficient, and do a great job! Thankyou to Mel for making sure we and all the guests could enjoy the breakfasts provided. Her sincere smile and demeanor were so encouraging.
Thankyou ! We would stay again.

Don’t stay at this place . This is the dirtiest hotel. I’ve ever seen. I checked in for two nights but I had to leave cause the room was awful . The bathrooms smells like rotten meat and the room had so much dust . I only stay one night the next morning I went to the front desk to asked them to move me at another room but I was told that they didn’t have another room available . However I checked online that they have rooms available which made me feel that I was paying for staying is this place didn’t worth . I took picture of the bathroom and the room in case they are needed . If you are planing to book a hotel around this area don’t book here for your safety and health .
