Probably need to look into new management for this store. The Manager is not friendly at all and is the only bookstore that does not offer any kind of online service to check the books. West Hills is a smaller bookstore and they even have the option of checking books online so you don't have to hall them all the way in just to be told they don't take the books. Joyce was extremely rude over the phone she's the manager and she wasn't very nice when I tried to talk to her about possibly upgrading thier service to be more customer friendly. She didn't want to hear what I had to say even though I have shopped at that store quite frequently and have been a loyal customer to thier establishment. Since when to businesses not hear thier customers needs?
