      image Ive been going to this UPS store for years. To everyone making disgruntled comments because the store was closed when you went, please remember this store is run by one person. A couple times a year when things are very busy, he will have a helper, but most of the time its just him there all day, everyday. If he gets sick, if he has car trouble, if he is dealing with a family emergency, theres no one to fill in for him. He cant call out. So yes sometimes he has to close and the only way to let people know is a sign on the door. You dont know whats going on in someones life or what they are going through, and if you did you probably wouldnt be so quick to judge. Have some grace and remember hes human too.

      image On multiple occasions the websites says open but you get there and a hand written note says closed. Today it was closed to catch up on a lot of Amazon returns. A wasted trip.
