From the depths of my heart I can not praise Timeless Floor Company enough for their kindness and patience in executing a flawless installation for my elderly parents. They also recently completed an installation for my friends rental and it too went perfectly. Their staff and installers take care and time to listen and address concerns with kindness. They knocked it out of the ballpark.

We recently had hardwood floors installed in our home by Timeless Floor Company. The crew came in, moved furniture, removed carpeting on the stairs and two rooms, hauled away the carpeting, cleaned up afterwards and moved all the furniture back in a timely manner. We highly recommend this company, as the work and customer service were both at the highest level.

They are cheaper for sure but you definitely get what you pay for with this company. Completely unprofessional and when they make a mistake they are SO defensive rather than offering solutions to fix the problem. There's so much to say but the bottom line is that they bailed on us without finishing the job and our house has been in disarray for months. Thankfully we found very reputable, professional, and amazing craftsmanship companies to complete the job. Blessing in disguise!!

Was referred by family and wanted someone local to our region. Unfortunately we were unsatisfied with services received. A 1-2 day job turned into almost 4 weeks. Cost was substantially more because they "forgot" to add a room when we walked the entire property during the estimate. Rescheduled on us 3 times which caused us to move our belongings and re-arrange our home each time.
On top of the delays, there was protruding nails in the carpet that was a safety hazard for our children. I thought they had taken care of the issue on the second visit, after my inspection there was more sharp objects found sticking up. Master bath tile was damaged from the install as well.
Obviously there is a lack of project management skills and a lack of communication. We would have to call to get updates and they would never follow up. The only thing they were timely on was sending the bill when the services were complete. Go figure.

It was an absolute pleasure working with Timeless Floor Company. Both Felipe and Jackie demonstrate professionalism throughout their work. In 2020, I was in desperate need of new carpet for my room. I knew I needed a carpet durable enough for three pets (2 cats and a dog) but of great quality for myself. Not only were they overly patient with my indecisiveness but they also provided great suggestions and recommendations. I'll be honest, without their knowledge and assistance, I would have never found the perfect carpet for my home. This carpet is not only stain resistant, but it is high quality as well (may I also include, it is TIMELESS). Jackie has also gone above and beyond to share her expertise in interior design. I promise you, Timeless Floor Company provides quality service to their lovely customers. If I could give more than 5 stars, you bet I would !! Can't wait to work with them again in the future.
