I highly recommend Solar Art if you need residential window tinting.
Firstly, the Huber Optik UV tint Solar Art uses is first rate. I encourage you to look up the reviews of Huber Optik vs. any other brand of UV blocking residential window tint on the market. The reviews for Huber Optik are excellent across the board. We are totally blow away with the clarity of our windows now. Also, the UV blocking effectiveness of the Huber Optik tint is amazing. It makes such a difference in keeping both the brightness and the temperature down when our shades are up.
Secondly, from the incredibly informative initial quote, to the scheduling and installation, everything went incredibly smoothly. We had to finish several other projects on our house before we were able to move onto this project, and they were incredibly patient throughout, and very responsive when we were ready to move forward. No high pressure sales tactics, upselling, or misleading quotes, which is always a relief. All of my questions were answered clearly and concisely, which to me demonstrated both a depth-of-knowledge in the Huber Optik product, and with the residential window tinting installation process and industry overall. They are consummate professionals through and through. The installation process went flawlessly, and was finished in half-a-day, with zero mess. We really couldn't be happier with how everything turned out!

Pedro of Solar Art arrived on-time (actually a bit early), scoped out the job, explained what he was going to do and proceeded to work. His work was clean and neat. When it was done, one of the panels appeared to have a defective piece of film when looked at from the inside. Pedro came in to have a look and explained that the vertical line was not on the film but on the window glass. He brought in his ladder so as to be able to reach the clerestory window, cleaned the window in question and proved that he was correct. I felt that was going beyond what he needed to do and we greatly appreciate that.
Pedro returned a few days later to lay a beard of RTV around the edges of the film. He asked if we preferred white or black (black, thank you) and proceeded to complete the job.
The 4-Star rating is because I want to see how the film and the installation perform over time. I'm pretty sure I'll be coming back in a few months to edit the review to 5-stars.
