Melanie Campos arranged the deep cleaning of my motherâ€™s house in February. She overcharged our account. We have been calling and trying to get our refund for the overcharge, as of today still nothing returned, excuses after excuses, DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY they will rip you off

We hired them for a one time deep cleaning. The ladies were nice and did a great job. Not the lowest price but we wanted quality cleaning. Will be using them again for our rental home.

They get one star because most of the people working for them do a decent job. However, the owners are horrible. When they are shorthanded, they cancel cleanings instead of paying overtime. And they donâ€™t notify you until 5:00 the night before you are due to be cleaned. Customer service is not the greatest. The voicemail box has been full for months.
