      image I have been to various ups stores. Always picking up boxes from ups stores. I have heard first time from these guys that they charge $12 for holding the box. Not recommend

      image Chris D was completely rude and disrespectful. I understand I did arrive 15 min before closing however that doesnt give you the right to give attitude. Also he only made his comment after my husband exited the store to retrieve his wallet. Customer service is everything and you literally sign up for this when you apply to work at any store. Someone needs to teach him proper customer service or make sure he isnt closing because he is horribly rude and unprofessional. Chris D.
