I would give them zero stars if I could. These people are extremely unprofessional. They installed a security system at my house and didn't even put the camera online. Recently we have had unauthorized people on our property and when I went to go view the footage that is when I found out that ADT didn't even do their job correctly. So now there's no footage of the people who came into the property and I've been paying for a service I haven't received for the last year!
I'm looking for a new security company that knows how to do their work correctly and isn't sloppy or negligent!
