They recently got a property in ???? with this reviews only God can help us in case of emergency..jaja...
the owner of the property doesn't like to spend any penny in repairs !!now with this company uhhhh bye byee apartments this year become a trash can ......one lady came inside the apartments she acting like rude and talks to impress jejeje first 1k of repairs bye bye contract with Drouin..owner doesn't want problems I mean money problems jajajaj

Worst management company ever. Specifically SUSIE is the rudest person to talk to and deal with. She has a terrible attitude and acts as though she better than any tenants for the buildings Drouin Realty manages. I guess she forgets she only an employee not an owner. Very unprofessional at her job and truly an embarrassment to any property owners who hire Drouin Realty to manage them. Business would definitely thrive and grow without Susie working there.

Horrible customer service. I scheduled a viewing and showed up for the tour, no one was there. I called and was greeted by a very rude woman named Susan. She yelled at me and spoke very aggressively. Please do not consider renting from them unless you are at rock bottom.
